Drawing inspiration from Pantone's Paint Color of the Year, Night Watch and the plush pile from The Berber Tribes of Morocco, this hand knotted contemporary Moroccan Texture area rug displays a modern twist with a luxurious edge. It features a geometric diamond pattern composed of five off-set columns of lozenges. Each lozenge diamond shape has been shorn down and outlined in gray and Robin egg blue to create a 3D optical effect. The lozenges are surrounded by a series of lines creating an expansion effect. With its graphic appeal and organic tactile sensations, this contemporary Moroccan area rug would add interest to nearly any space.
